Priority decisions

01 · PLAN FIT

Give each plan an explicit buying rule

Observed: Starter and Growth both use “Start Free”, while Enterprise uses “Contact Sales”.

Implementation: Add one concise fit criterion beneath each plan so a buyer can self-select before choosing the CTA. Use verified internal qualification rules; do not invent thresholds.

Why: the pricing page is a decision point. Clear plan-fit criteria reduce the amount of interpretation required before the next step.

02 · CTA STRUCTURE

Make self-serve vs assisted buying visibly different

Observed: “Start Free” is used for two plans; “Contact Sales” is used for Enterprise.

Implementation: Keep the two CTA families, but label the paths explicitly: self-serve for Starter/Growth and assisted buying for Enterprise. Carry the same labels into the comparison section and FAQ.

Why: the visitor should not have to infer why one plan starts immediately while another requires a conversation.

03 · OBJECTION HANDLING

Move an existing reassurance closer to the commitment point

Observed: “Cancel anytime.”

Implementation: Place that existing reassurance directly below the self-serve CTA cluster and repeat it once in the billing FAQ. Preserve the exact policy meaning.

Why: this uses an already-supported reassurance at the moment a buyer evaluates commitment.
